Molson Coors Beverage Company

From ReportWarehouse, the free investment-report repository

Molson Coors Beverage Company is a global brewer and total beverage company that produces, markets, and sells beer, ready-to-drink cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages across the Americas, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, generating $11.14 billion in net sales in fiscal 2025. The company's portfolio spans premium light beers — Coors Light and Miller Lite, which together represent roughly 55% of Americas segment net sales — as well as above-premium imports, craft brands, economy beers, and a growing stable of "Beyond Beer" products including Fever-Tree mixers, Topo Chico Hard, ZOA Energy, and the recently acquired Monaco Cocktails brand.

This is a story about a company trading at roughly 5.5 times underlying EBITDA and a double-digit free cash flow yield, returning capital to shareholders at a pace that has already retired 14.8% of shares outstanding in two years — set against a U.S. beer market that has been shrinking for years and a $3.6 billion goodwill impairment that formalized what the stock price had been saying. The market is pricing Molson Coors as though the beer business will continue to erode and the Beyond Beer pivot won't fill the gap.

The file turns on whether the core beer franchise stabilizes quickly enough for the capital-return math to work before the secular headwinds overwhelm it.
